The world according to us.
My colleague Tom Henschel makes a great point in his article Your vision of you. He states that we often struggle accepting people different from ourselves. When people act differently from the behavior we want, we often label them as "mad, bad or plain stupid." The truth is that these people are not "mad, bad or stupid," they are decent, normal human beings who are just different from us. If we can learn to grasp this, we will be much more successful in our relationships.
