In this episode, I was joined by Bob Macrann, who is the VP of client evaluation and mentor assignment with the Chairmen's RoundTable (CRT) in San Diego. Through the CRT, Bob & Tom Dorosewicz - another CRT member - mentored Lindon and I a few years ago and had a profound impact on our business. He is currently a member of PL&L's advisory team.
